Nextrade is the second stock trading venue alongside the Korea Exchange,
established under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act.
Investors can trade the same stocks listed on the Korea Exchange on Nextrade at the most favorable term.
This breaks the 50-year single system in Korea and increases the efficiency and dynamism of capital markets.

Extended trading hours
From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You can now trade stocks for 12 hours a day.
Trading hours will be five and a half hours longer than the existing Korea Exchange (KRX).
NXT Market operates pre-market and after market additionally before and after regular trading hours.
Pre-market : : 8:00-8:50
(before regular trading)
After-market : : 15:30-20:00
(after regular trading hours)

Nextrade (NXT) offers lower trading fees than those of the Korea Exchange (KRX).

Stop-limit Orders
The existing order types of market orders and limit orders have been added with two new order types:
“Mid-point orders” and “Stop-limit orders.”
Through a variety of ordering types, investors now have more tailored and flexible investment strategy.

Management System
Nextrade collaborates with KRX to ensure integrated market management.
NXT applies rules identical to those of KRX for price bands, market management, market surveillance,
and clearing and settlement. Short selling is regulated consistently across both markets.
Securities firms are required to comply with best execution standards, routing customer orders to the
most favorable market between NXT and KRX.
