By leading the way for an innovative
trading environment, Nextrade is pioneering
the future of investors.

Nextrade is a preparatory company for an alternative trading system under the
Financial Investment Services and Capital Market Act.
(preliminary authorization acquired in July 2023)

Alternative trading system (ATS) refers to an investment trader or investment
broker engaging in the trade, brokerage, mediation, or agent services of
listed stocks simultaneously with multiple persons via an electronic
data processing system or information and communications networks through
competitive trading.

In developed countries such as the United States, European nations, and Japan, similar
institutions have long been introduced and operated under various names, including
ATS, MTF, and PTS.
